How do you ensure quality?
We have passed ISO9001:2015 standards. To ensure that you receive quality products, we strictly control IQC (Incoming Quality Control), IPQC (In-Process Quality Control) and OQC (Outgoing Quality Control). If you need to outsource from a supplier, we will implement the same quality management process.
What is the delivery time?
Depending on the product, the general production delivery time is 40 days. If your product requires an injection mold, the mold production takes 4 to 6 weeks.
Some special products may require longer delivery time. Please send us your drawings and our product manager will provide you with the actual delivery time and tell you the reason.
What is the minimum order quantity?
We are a customer-oriented company. The general minimum order quantity is 1000, and we will also reduce the minimum order quantity as much as possible according to your order.
Why can't we find the products we need on your website?
Many of our customers prefer to sign a non-disclosure agreement. Therefore, for confidentiality reasons, we cannot display these products and related processing on our website.
